With a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in elevating brands, I’m Mitchell Richter, a results-driven marketer based in Los Angeles. My path in business formalized at Michigan State University, where I received a Bachelors in Marketing. But the truth is, I started my journey way before this...

During my sophomore year in college, I founded my own company in the retail arbitrage space called Flowe Software. Flowe Software was a small Saas company that acted as an inventory management service for people who purchased and sold highly coveted items. This included an “all in one” experience where users could track prices on marketplace sites, list items, and keep track of all of their business expenses. The business was a subscription-based service and achieved a concurrent user rate of 850 users.

In my current role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Foundation Building Materials, I’ve led the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that have significantly boosted the company’s e-commerce presence. Among others, one of my more notable achievements at FBM was my go-to-market strategy for the MyFBM Mobile App, which led to a 30% onboarding rate of existing users within the first two months.

I excel in creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that focus on omnichannel, cohesive experiences for the customer. I also create value by optimizing SEO strategies, implementing Martech systems, and other site features to help create an amazing customer experience. One of the biggest implementations I led was the integration of SAP Emarsys to improve customer engagement through advanced marketing automation capabilities focused on metric and behavior-triggered journeys.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, hiking, running, and staying updated with the latest trends in artificial intelligence and social media. I believe in the power of storytelling and data to transform ideas into impactful marketing strategies that drive success.
